Our Mission:
Sharing the love of Christ by providing water, shelter and resources for people and children with the greatest need both locally and afar.
The ministry exists to raise funds for missions, both locally and globally. The Kelley Family held a multi-family garage sale and after the sale had commenced Justin and Crystal noticed how much was left over. Taking a leap of faith, they consolidated the remnants from the sale and rented a local storage unit to store it in. Then God began to open door after door, and on October 21, 2021, Renewed Thrift Store in Ponchatoula, LA opened its doors and began raising funds for missions.
“I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you RENEWED your concern for me. Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it.”
- Philippians 4:10
Here, Paul is expressing gratitude for the heart the Philippians have towards him and the mission work. He stressed prior to this gift, there had not been a recent opportunity to give financially.
This is what the Lord did in our hearts. Through divine connections and appointments, our passion to support missions was RENEWED. We knew we couldn’t do everything, but that we must do SOMETHING. Yet, we still lacked the opportunity to show it. But God opens doors!
